Duluth, MN – Minnesota is set to experience severe weather conditions this weekend, with a significant risk of flash flooding and high temperatures. According to the US National Weather Service in Duluth, there is a 5% to 30% chance of flash flooding for parts of northeast Minnesota from Sunday afternoon through Monday morning.
