CPSO arrests driver in fatal hit-and-run in Keithville
KEITHVILLE, La. - An arrest has been made in a hit-and-run crash early Thursday that claimed a man's life. Anthony Ebizie, 43, of Powder Springs, Ga., turned himself in late Thursday. He was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for hit and run resulting in serious bodily injury or death.
