These bills have “Motion Picture Purposes” on the back and have serial number PM 257821811 K3 on the front, according to the VPD. “We are working with the effected businesses attempting to identify a suspect, said Police Chief Nicole Mattson. “We urge everyone to closely examine all $100 bills.
