A new report from the Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth found families making the median income in Tennessee spent on average 40% of their household income on childcare in 2022 to 2023, a 13 point increase compared to the year prior.

Upon impact, the rock somehow penetrated the windshield with just enough force to strike him in his chest without leaving a mark.
