    Over 1,000 people without power in Raleigh County

    ARNETT, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Over 1,000 people in Raleigh County are without power following early morning storms.

    According to Appalachian Power, 1,241 customers are without power in the county.

    The bulk of the outages are being reported in the Dry Creek, Rock Creek, Arnett, and Zada areas along Coal River Road.

    The outages were reported at 8:18 AM this morning.

    Appalachian Power is estimated to have power restored by 2:30 PM today, Friday, May 24.
