OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A girlfriend was arrested after becoming angry after her boyfriend brought additional pets onto the property.

On Monday, August 12, 2024, at about 6:02 PM, Deputy Sheriff T. L. Farley, II from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, received a report of a dispute on Clay Street in the Oak Hill area of Fayette County, West Virginia, related to someone bringing additional pets onto the property.

Upon arrival, Deputy Farley spoke with the victim, who reported that his girlfriend, Robin Nichole Trimble, had become angry and hit him in the face, as well as tried to slash his tires with a knife.

The male victim and Ms. Trimble have been in a relationship for around 10 years and live together at this location. While talking to the victim, Deputy Farley did not see any injuries but did notice the smell of alcohol on Ms. Trimble.

The investigation revealed that Robin Trimble had intentionally made unwanted physical contact with the male victim. She was arrested and taken to the Southern Regional Jail to await her arraignment before a Fayette County Magistrate.
