    Police searching for man following stabbing, should be considered armed and dangerous

    WOOD COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Police in West Virginia are currently searching for a man who is wanted for attempted murder.

    The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic disturbance at 1882 Buckner Bend Road on Sunday, following reports of a stabbing incident.

    The suspect, identified as Charles Clinton Hess IV, is currently wanted for attempted murder.

    Hess, a 38-year-old white male, stands 5’9″ tall, weighs approximately 190 pounds, and has blue eyes and blonde hair.

    Authorities warn that he should be considered armed and dangerous.

    Residents are urged not to approach Hess if spotted and to contact 911 immediately with any information regarding his whereabouts.
