The FBI emphasizes that issuing violent threats is a violation of state and federal laws.

Any individuals responsible for such actions will face thorough investigation and legal consequences.

The agency is actively gathering intelligence, tracking leads, and sharing information with partners to mitigate risks quickly.

“These threats disrupt school, waste resources, and put first responders and innocent people in unnecessary danger,” the statement reads.

FBI Pittsburgh remains vigilant, offering 24-hour support for any potential threats to schools.

They urge students, teachers, administrators, and parents to stay alert and report any suspicious activities.

Any potential threats should be reported to 911, the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI, or online at tips.fbi.gov .
