    Morgantown City Manager Kim Haws announces retirement

    MORGANTOWN, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Kim Haws, Morgantown’s City Manager, has announced his intention to retire, concluding a long career in municipal leadership.

    Morgantown Mayor Joe Abu-Ghannam praised Haws for his contributions.
