FAYETTEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Nationally touring comedy show, Scriptless in Seattle will be making its way back to the Historic Fayette Theatre on Bridge Day as part of its 2024 run of shows throughout the United States.

The show will mark the act’s second consecutive performance in Fayette County on Bridge Day, and tour manager/emcee Justin Folger says the cast is thrilled to be returning to a familiar setting to deliver their material.

“I’ve been touring with this show for years and doing improvised comedy shows for even longer. The real fun is of the hundreds of shows I’ve put on, not one of them was even similar to the ones before it,” he says. “We can’t wait to come back to the Fayette Theatre, because the show we’ll put on there is totally brand new! We like to say that the show that audiences will see is one that has never been performed before and will never be performed again – and we mean it! Plus, Bridge Day was so much fun for us to get to experience last year!”

Scriptless in Seattle cast member, James Trombka has established himself as an integral part of the performing group, having become a part of the cast early on. This year, however, will mark the performer’s first Bridge Day experience.

“The other performers have been raving about how fun this festival is all year and it’s honestly gotten annoying how much they liked it… like the WANT to rub it in – all this to say, I wasn’t going to miss it this year!,” he says. “I love looking out at the audiences, seeing everyone from families with young kids to couples that have been together 55 years on a night out, and knowing that every one of them will leave with a smile on their face.”

Scriptless in Seattle performer, Charlie Hubbell notes that the family friendly show is an ideal way to cap off the Bridge Day festival.

“The show is a perfect event to attend after Bridge Day festivities – especially if you’re in town with a family,” he says. “This is an affordable comedy show in a safe environment where you aren’t going to need to worry about covering your kid’s ears while they watch it! Plus, it’s super interactive with chances to come up on stage IN the show itself!”

The show will take place at 7:30pm in the Historic Fayette Theatre on Saturday, October 19, 2024. Tickets are available now at the Scriptless in Seattle website .
