MABSCOTT, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Johnny L. Kincaid, 55, of Mabscott, West Virginia, following his failure to appear for a sentencing hearing on October 11, 2024.

Kincaid had previously pled guilty on July 25, 2024, to sex offenses involving his 12-year-old step-granddaughter. After the plea hearing, he was placed on home confinement with GPS monitoring and released on bond.

Authorities report that early on October 11, Kincaid removed his GPS ankle monitor. He was scheduled to appear in court for sentencing later that same day but failed to show.

Kincaid’s last known address is 101 Chestnut Street, Apt. 3, in Mabscott. He may be driving a white 2009 Ford Ranger with West Virginia registration number 204635A.

Prosecuting Attorney Anthony Ciliberti, Jr. announced the warrant and urged anyone with information about Kincaid’s whereabouts to contact the West Virginia State Police at 304-469-2915 or reach out to local law enforcement.
