PRINCETON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Princeton Economic Development Authority, Chamber of Commerce of the Two Virginias, and City of Princeton Municipal Government came together over the weekend to celebrate the grand opening of Tereas’s Treasures in Princeton .

Located at 742 Mercer Street, Tereas’s Treasures evolved from an in-home business to a brick-and-mortar operation over the summer. Purchasing wholesale items to bring a unique selection to the location, Teresa’s Treasures offers everything from holiday decor, bedding, and kitchen supplies to toys, games, and more.

The owner of the establishment, Teresa Cochran is a therapist by trade and seeks to bring great deals and quality items to her customers at the recently opened storefront operation.

Conducting business at Tereas’s Treasures is a family affair according to Cochran, who says she benefits from the help of her husband and two teenage children – ages 14 and 16, respectively – who have been sharpening their financial and customer service skills by helping out with the family business in their free time.

Teresa’s Treasures also offers opportunities for other local businesses to showcase their own products, providing a platform for items from establishments such as Backwoods Customs, Hand Painted Nails by Kristen Frost, Bee Empowering, and many others.

Having first opened its doors as a brick-and-mortar operation on July 1, 2024, Teresa’s Treasures has officially cut the ribbon to signify the grand opening of its Mercer Street location. The establishment is open from 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday-through-Friday and from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday.

Additional information, including details on sales and item availability, can be found at the Teresa’s Treasures Facebook page .
