    West Virginia man sentenced for meth distribution

    CLARKSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Todd Eugene Haynes, 49, of Clarksburg, was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for distributing methamphetamine.

    Court records show that Haynes sold over 100 grams of methamphetamine in Harrison County.

    In addition to his prison term, Haynes will serve five years of supervised release after completing his sentence.

    Haynes has a criminal record that includes previous convictions for robbery, battery, domestic assault, stalking, and drug possession.

    The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon Flower, and the investigation was conducted by the Greater Harrison Drug Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative.
