Beckley Little League Director of Operations resigns

BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Beckley Little League Director of Operations, Steve Moore announced on Wednesday that he will be stepping down from the position as the fall ball season draws to a close.

The announcement came on Wednesday evening, with Moore expressing much gratitude for the opportunity to serve in the role and work alongside many individuals who helped to make the Beckley Little League season possible.

“For the past year, I was tasked with being the Director of Operations at Beckley Little League. In the past year I have met a lot of people, from coaches and players to parents and volunteers who have contributed to this journey to make it a special time in my life that I will never forget,” said Moore in a statement. “I truly appreciate the opportunity to hold such a position of trust, and it has been an honor and a great privilege. But with that said, at the end of tonight’s games, the fall ball season will come to an end, and I will be resigning as Director of Operations from Beckley Little League due to unforeseen circumstances outside my control.”

Moore would specifically thank several team members who worked to ensure that Beckley Little League operations ran as smoothly as possible throughout the season.
