BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Raleigh County Prevention Coalition will once again be hosting its annual Feel the Warmth event at Beckley’s Word Park .

Scheduled for Thursday, October 24, 2024, the event will take place from 9:00am and 1:00pm and invites community members from throughout the Beckley and Raleigh County area to come out and “feel the warmth.”

As part of the event, free coats, hot dogs, drug deactivation kits, substance use prevention information, and other resources will be available at no cost to those in attendance while supplies last.

“RCPC appreciates our community partners who are helping make this important event possible in our community!,” said the Raleigh County Prevention Coalition in a statement.
