and what they're not telling us is how the fire started I wonder why is it because it was an illegal burn inside the house third fire in less than 3 days in Lorain this one happened to take a life but nobody's telling us what started the fire

Maybe maintenance man needs to check smoke detectors and change AC /heater filters for tenants monthly like they do in other states. It lowers building owner insurance and renters policy rates It’s probably law in other states My maintenance man would test smoke alarms take a video of them being tested and check off on a list that each room was done in each unit including building laundry room. . Tenant Initialed it . When building was complete maintenance signed sheet and turned in sheet . Videoclips were uploaded to property management files Hell one place even took out trash day from out from out doors and took it to dumpster Smoke detector inspection was usually done at same time as pest control .
