Louisville man writes new book to teach kids about Type 1 diabetes and insulin
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man is teaching children all about Type 1 diabetes and insulin. "Hopefully this will inspire people to do a little bit more research into Type 1 diabetes and so they can talk to these kids like they're normal and not broken," Matt Sohl, who is currently living with diabetes, said.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- People in Louisville can drop off storm tree debris for free starting this week in the Meriwether neighborhood. Louisville Metro Department of Public Works is offering the service after a tornado touched down in Louisville last week. Preliminary assessments indicate the tornado was an EF-1 with winds of 95 miles per hour.
