MN teen’s family demands answers after drowning death
WAITE PARK, MN — The family of a teen who drowned after jumping off a cliff into the water at Quarry Park and Nature Preserve is asking questions. Authorities say 17-year-old Emmanuel Seward Jr. of Brooklyn Center never resurfaced after plunging from a ten-foot cliff into the water, and his body was later recovered by a diving team in around 30ft feet of water.
