Diddy Reportedly Selling L.A. Mansion For $70 Million Following Raids

Sean "Diddy" Combs reportedly plans to sell his mansion and leave Los Angeles months after federal agents raided the property.

According to a report TMZ published on Wednesday, July 3, the beleaguered mogul wants to sell his Hombly Hills mansion for $30 million more than what he paid. When he copped the home in 2014, Diddy originally coughed up $40 million for the lavish 17,000 square-foot, mansion with eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 3,000-square-foot guesthouse, a separate spa with a steam room, massage room, and a beauty salon. Now, he reportedly wants to sell the property off the market for $70 million.

The L.A. mansion was one of two homes that were raided by federal agents during the Department of Homeland Security's investigation into allegations of human trafficking. Agents rummaged through the home and left nearly every room in ruin. In footage of the aftermath that was posted online, you can see his personal belongings scattered on the floor, drawers opened, and closets destroyed. Feds also confiscated several items from the home including electronics. His other mansion in Miami Beach was also raided on the same day.

Federal agents invaded Combs' properties after the veteran artist was hit with multiple sexual assault lawsuits. Some of the alleged victims are reportedly cooperating with authorities to testify in front of a grand jury in the Southern District of New York as part of an effort to file potential criminal charges against Combs. The Bad Boy founder has maintained his innocence, however, he did accept responsibility for beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie at a hotel in 2016.

Diddy has been spotted outside in L.A. since he posted (and later deleted ) his apology video. However, it looks like his days in the Golden State might be numbered.
