Matthew Perry 's sudden death last October shocked the world and now another celebrity might be involved in his death. The beloved Friends actor died from "acute effects of ketamine" and was found dead in his hot tub at his Los Angeles home.
The investigation now includes the LAPD, the US Drug Enforcement Administration and the US Postal Inspection Service. Through the investigation, officials are hoping to find out who gave the beloved actor the lethal dose of ketamine.
A second celebrity, an anonymous woman, has been linked to his death, according to InTouch. A source told the outlet that this woman and Matthew appeared to be sober to those around them but were "walking pharmacies."
The source claims the two had various late night talks about their lives and struggles with addictions. There's also an alleged photo of the two at the office of a doctor who prescribes ketamine.
InTouch reports: "The source believes Matthew and the second celebrity pal may have 'aided' each other by referring each other to their respective doctors whenever their own drug supply ran low."
The first celeb linked with Matthew was Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife from 2008 to 2011. She found herself "brought in for questioning" after an iPhone and laptop were seized from her room at a sober living facility.
Brooke was said to be "completely cooperative with authorities" revealing that she and Matthew met during rehab and "formed an unexpected friendship."

Charlie Sheen's legal advisor, Gregory J. Pedrick, told InTouch: "I believe Ms. Mueller's past choices may have put her in a position to provide some incidental, anecdotal background to the authorities investigating Mr. Perry's death. Nothing more."
After Matthew passed away, it emerged from court papers that he had left over $1.5 million (around £1.2m) in personal assets. This is aside from a trust fund worth upwards of $120 million (approximately £94.4m).
Matthew had set up the "Alvy Singer Living Trust," named after Woody Allen's role in Annie Hall, before his passing. His dad John Perry, mum Suzanne Morrison, half-sister Caitlin Morrison, and Rachel Dunn, an old flame from 2003-2004, are listed as beneficiaries.
