On Friday night, Dearica Hamby and the Los Angeles Sparks will take on A'ja Wilson and the defending champion Las Vegas Aces. The Aces are looking for their seventh consecutive win since the return of starting guard Chelsea Gray.

A few weeks ago, Sparks rookie sensation Cameron Brink suffered a torn ACL that will leave her out for the remainder of the 2024 WNBA season. She will also be unable to play for Team USA women's 3x3 team in the 2024 Paris Olympics, but her teammate Hamby will take her place.

Before the Sparks-Aces matchup, Brink made her first game appearance since she was injured. Her outfit of choice grabbed fans' attention, but some were also concerned with it, wondering where her medical equipment was.

These WNBA fans took to social media to leave their questions and concerns.

In 15 games prior to her injury, Brink, a former Stanford Cardinal standout, averaged 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks. She was ranked second in the entire WNBA in blocks, and fans were seriously considering her for Defensive Player of the Year.
