Maika Monroe Gets Dressed to ‘Thrill’ in Courrèges Bralette and Edgy Skirt at ‘Longlegs’ Red Carpet Premiere With Nicolas Cage and More

Maika Monroe embraced sensual style for the Los Angeles premiere of her new horror film “Longlegs” on Monday. The actress fashioned a two-piece design with leather material, posing on the red carpet for solo photos and alongside costar Nicolas Cage.

For the event, Monroe opted for a design courtesy of Courrèges fall 2024 ready-to-wear collection . The look featured a strapless black leather bra and low-rise skirt in a coordinated shade of black and leather. The material shined in the light of the flashing cameras.

Along with the bra and skirt look, Monroe also wore black heeled boots. The actress’ glam featured makeup with a dark smokey eye and soft pink lip. Monroe’s blond tresses were styled straight and cascaded down her back.

Monroe completed her look with glittering pieces of jewelry, including a strand of drop earrings and rings. The “Longlegs” star’s look was curated by stylists Chloe and Chenelle Delgadillo.

Monroe’s ensemble of choice made its runway debut in Paris last February. Designed by Courrèges creative director Nicolas Di Felice, the collection featured a bevy of sensual designs with some skin-barring looks.

Among the pieces included in the collection, WWD’s review noted certain elements such as “bra tops as brief as censorship strips,” which were “paired with everything from a sarong-style black leather skirt to a chubby faux fur coat, while one pair of sunglasses tied at the back, blindfold-style.”

“In search of a thrill” was how Di Felice described the theme of his collection backstage at the Paris Fashion Week show.

More recently, Di Felice collaborated with Jean Paul Gautier as their guest couturier for the label’s fall 2024 couture collection , which made its debut during Paris Couture Week last June.

“Longlegs” follows FBI agent Lee Harker (Monroe) who must put clues together to find and stop a serial killer named Longlegs (Cage). The film hits theaters on Friday.
