Serena Williams’ 6-Year-Old Daughter Olympia Sparkles in a Shimmering Dress on the ESPYs Red Carpet

Serena Williams wasn’t the only one who shined last night. As the host of the 2024 ESPY Awards, the tennis legend may well have been the star of the night, but we would argue her adorable 6-year-old daughter Olympia Ohanian was the star of the red carpet.

The little cutie sparkled in her shimmery silver dress that had a floral pattern, cap sleeves, and a subtle ruffle at the bottom. She paired the pretty ensemble with metallic sandals and had her braids flowing over one shoulder.

Olympia walked the carpet with both Williams and her dad — Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian. Ohanian looked so happy and proud to have two of the most important women in his life by his side. The third one was missing, though, and people left odd comments about it on Williams’ Instagram post from the night.

Williams and Ohanian also share soon-to-be 1-year-old daughter Adira, and she was not on the carpet. She may not have been at the ceremony at all. And people were weirdly upset about that.

“Why are you always ignoring Adira?? She is never mentioned anywhere. There are zero pics from her. But when olympia was a baby there were 1000 pics and videos of her. I don’t like how you 2 are favoring the golden child and ignoring your second child.”

Um … what?! First, calm down. Second … she’s not even 11 months old. Why would she be at an awards show? And you just know that if Williams and Ohanian had brought their younger daughter, they would have gotten shamed for bringing a baby to a night event. You just can’t win.

Beyond the questions about Adira’s location, people also had a lot to say about Williams’ rebuttal to Harrison Butker’s infamous commencement speech . But amid the eye-roll-worthy taunts, were some really sweet comments about the family:

“Too cute 😍,” Jessica Alba said. “What a gorgeous family ❤️❤️❤️,” Daniella Pierson added.

“Olympia has grown so lovely, where did the Toddler go,” one person asked. “Proud family ❤️❤️♥️”

And honestly, we were wondering the same thing. Where did little toddler Olympia go? She looked so grown up walking the red carpet and posing in the studio with her parents.

Last month, she visited Legoland in Denmark and followers couldn’t help but notice how she was “growing up so fast.” “Jr had a growth spurt!!! So cute🥰🥰🥰” one person commented, and we find ourselves thinking the same thing every time we see her.
