Patrick Mahomes Used One Word To Describe LeBron James After USA-Germany

On Monday afternoon, LeBron James and Team USA finished the USA Basketball Showcase undefeated after a 92-88 win over Germany.

Once again, the Los Angeles Lakers star guided the USA men's national basketball team to victory, recording 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting, six rebounds, and four assists.

Even at age 39, James is still carrying the USA on the world's biggest stage.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes would agree. After the win, Mahomes shared his thoughts on LeBron's dominating performance in the USA-Germany matchup, using only one word:

"Greatness!!" Mahomes posted on social media with two fire emojis.

In the prior exhibition against South Sudan, James also showed off his "greatness," making a game-winning layup with eight seconds remaining to give Team USA a 101-100 lead and ultimately securing the win. The 20-time NBA All-Star also led Team USA in scoring through five USA Basketball Showcase games.

On the other hand, Mahomes and the Chiefs started their 2024 NFL training camp over the past weekend. They are looking to win their third straight Super Bowl in the upcoming football season.

LeBron James and Team USA will face Nikola Jokic and Serbian national team on Sunday, July 28, at 11:15 a.m. ET in Lille, France for their first official Olympic game.
