In anticipation of the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, upscale French eatery Mr. T and iconic Fairfax spot Pink’s Hot Dogs are collaborating to create four new hot dog flavors inspired by Paris’ most iconic landmarks.

These dogs will only be available for a limited time: they’ll be served at Mr. T during the opening weekend of the Olympics, July 27 and 28, and in the tradition of Pink’s, there are no reservations. Mr. T will broadcast the games on TV, so visitors can catch the preliminary rounds of tennis or basketball while enjoying the franks.

Mr. T’s Los Angeles location — a sibling to the Parisian hot spot — opened in 2022, and has since become known for its contemporary French cuisine inspired by elevated street food classics. Since its opening, restaurateur and Paris native Guillaume Guedj and executive chef Alissa Vannah have developed a friendship with Richard and Gloria Pink, owners of the nearby Pink’s Hot Dogs. For their unique collaboration, buns and dogs supplied by Pink’s will be dressed with toppings inspired by Guedj’s Parisian upbringing.

The francophile frankfurters are named after the Notre Dame, Champs Elysées, Le Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Their unique accoutrements include beef bourguignon, onion rings, Gruyère cheese and bernaise sauce. Each hot dog will be $10.95, and Mr. T will also serve signature French cocktails like Mimosas, the French 75 and French martinis.
