UCLA Football Head Coach Goes Viral For Disastrous Opening Statement At Media Day

DeShaun Foster , the new head coach of UCLA football , has gone viral on social media following his disastrous opening statement during the team's first media day.

Foster clearly is still working through his media training, but there was a lot of dead silence in between statements, and it seemed all over the place. Going from talking about UCLA's history to joining the Big Ten, then USC. Everything about it was a mess and not the opening statement that many were expecting.

Foster will surely bring the right energy and culture to a football program that desperately needs it. Especially after joining the Big Ten with multiple powerhouses, which is going to make it even harder to be successful from a win/loss perspective.

It just wasn't his day, and the opening statement Wednesday that many UCLA Bruin fans were awaiting to get them fired up was not what they expected by any means. However, he is a first-time head coach, and at the end of the day, his opening statement isn't all that important in the long run.
