Two weekends ago, in an effort to get outside without roasting in the summer heat, I made my way to Brentwood Country Mart in L.A. to grab a bite in the shaded courtyard. I planned for just a quick, casual stop (and, no, hadn't changed out of my workout leggings despite my promises-to-self to try a tiered skirt ), so imagine my surprise when I found myself in line to order a veggie burger just two people behind Jennifer Garner . Gotta love Los Angeles.

Being the introverted shopping editor that I am, rather than saying 'hi,' I took it upon myself to take note of her outfit, which included these cool, sporty SeaVees sneakers that are shockingly up for grabs for only $100. I didn't take any pics, of course (because even celebs deserve to enjoy their Sunday afternoon french fries in peace), but if you don't just want to take my word for it, you can also catch a glimpse of the shoes in the Instagram below, which the star posted just a couple of days before I'd spotted her. As it turns out, Garner is hardly the only celebrity fan of SeaVees.
