Josh Flagg Weighs in on Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez Mansion Drama

If anyone has the celebrity real estate tea, it’s Josh Flagg . The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star weighed in on the Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez Beverly Hills mansion drama, and what that quick listing could mean for the couple. He also hinted that Ben could possibly be buying a new home in Brentwood, sans Jennifer. The tea is piping hot and Flagg is ready to tell all.

Flagg predicts Bennifer is moving to Divorceville

Are Jennifer and Ben still together, or aren’t they? Rumors are flying all over the internet regarding the status of the married couple. They have only been married for a couple of years, yet there are signs things aren’t headed in the right direction. And MDLLA’s Flagg is on the case as to why.

Flagg himself is no stranger to divorce. Just a couple of years ago he went through a painful one of his own when he divorced his husband, Bobby Boyd . However, it looks like their four-year relationship might have out-lasted Bennifer’s two if the divorce rumors are true. Maybe the real estate tea leaves can predict what’s going to happen.

Flagg dished to TMZ on the latest Ben and Jen mansion drama and the possible implications for the couple. Their Beverly Hills property was purchased by the two only one year ago. Flagg shared, “The quick flip here makes it look like they are getting divorced.” Maybe they just got bored with it?

He also noted they likely wouldn’t be making a profit on the sale of their home either. Ben and Jennifer bought their home for over $60 million, and now they are listing it for a mere $68 million. At best, they will break even or make a few million off the sale. Just ask any MDLLA agent, and they’ll tell you that the market sucks .

Meanwhile, Ben has been living in a rental in Brentwood. But Flagg has the deets that Ben might want to make things more permanent. Allegedly, Ben might be “putting down roots in Brentwood.” And Flagg heard he, “might be quietly buying a pad there.” Regardless of where Ben and Jen end up, I’m sure Flagg will have the low down on their new properties before the rest of us.
