Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg is as busy as ever. Having just sold the late Judy Garland ‘s Bel-Air home for $11 million, he now has the “most expensive house in America on the market” for a whopping $200 million. Plus, Flagg revealed he’s in a “completely new relationship” — and while he’s still in a “great” place with co-star Tracy Tutor , he couldn’t say the same about where he stands with Josh Altman .

The two men were not exactly on speaking terms at the start of Million Dollar Listing Lost Angeles Season 15, with Flagg upset that Altman hijacked a listing they were initially supposed to do together. While they hashed out their differences over lunch and hugged things out, Flagg told DECIDER that Altman “got aggressive” with him again and “hasn’t cooled down yet.”

“We’re not feuding anymore, we’re just not really talking,” Flagg said, noting that Altman would have to “apologize” in order to mend their broken friendship.

Luckily, Flagg can still count on Tutor. Despite clashing last season, he called her an “amazing friend” and said he was “never worried” their friendship would end for good amid past arguments. The realtor even recalled being with Tutor in the South of France when she decided to end her relationship with fitness trainer Erik Anderson.

“I was just watching it unfold day by day. It was a little traumatic for her,” he said. “But, you know, we’re both very happy now.”

Flagg recently stopped by DECIDER’s offices to talk about the drama on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, his Days of Our Lives gig and how he feels about synchronized swimmers at open houses. Check out the full interview below.

DECIDER: Before we get into Million Dollar Listing , I want to ask about your gig on Days of Our Lives. What was that like? Would you do it again?

JOSH FLAGG: Oh, yeah, I’ve done it a few times already. It’s a lot of fun, I like it. I did some acting when I was a child, so it’s nice to do it again.

Are there any other creative outlets–like acting–you’re looking to try next? I know your Estate Media platform is doing well.

‘Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ Star Josh Flagg Reveals Whether He Sold His Childhood Dream Home After Buying It Unseen For $9.2 Million

Yeah, Estate Media is going crazy. We started it last year, and we now manage most of the real estate talent in the industry. We have almost every real estate talent under our belt. It’s really taken off.

In this week’s episode, you get to see the inside of your childhood dream home for the first time since buying the property unseen – and it was disappointing, to say the least. Did any part of you expect the interior to look that bad?

Well, see, when I bought the house, they didn’t really want to sell it to me. They were not motivated to sell but they said, “If you’re willing to pay our number, you can buy it, but we’re not interested in showing it.” I’ll just buy it. I don’t care, just what’s the price, I’ll pay for it. I want it because I love that house. And I had to give them a lease back for a year-and-a-half or whatever, meaning I couldn’t even see it for a year until after I bought it, and then I went to go see it.

They had told me that it needed a light fluff. I went inside and that would not be what I would call a light fluff. It’s basically like one of those Western sets you see in the movies where you just see the facade of it and it falls down in the wind. But I got it. I love that house. I’ll probably buy another house in the meantime and fix that up while I live at the other house. And then when that’s done, I’ll decide if I want to move in or not.

Altman offered to sell it himself. What did you think of that suggestion?

If he gives me what I want for it, but I don’t really want to sell it. Everything is for sale for the right price.

Spoken like a true realtor! It’s so nice to see you and Tracy close again. What is it about your friendship with her that you cherish most?

I love Tracy, she’s one of my closest friends. We’re like sisters. We’re very, very close and she’s an amazing friend and we travel together. We just have a great relationship. Even if we fought before, I was never worried it was over. It’s just a little blip.

You start to open up to Tracy about your love life in the episode, telling her that you and Andrew decided to take some time apart. What was it like having her there for you as she was going through her own relationship issues?

‘Million Dollar Listing LA’ Star Josh Flagg Sends ‘WWHL’ Into Awkward Silence By Shading ‘Selling Sunset’: “I Only Like To Watch Licensed Real Estate Brokers”

Well, keep in mind this was also filmed about a year ago. So now we’re a year forward. I mean, Andrew and I, we’re no longer together. I’m in a completely new relationship. But at the time, I would say I was able to sympathize with her and be there for her and I gave her my advice of what I thought she should do when she decided to split up with Erik. We were both in the South of France together and so I was just watching it unfold day by day. It was a little traumatic for her. But, you know, we’re both very happy now.

I’m glad to hear that! I do want to get into you and Altman. After your one-one-one, you end things on a seemingly hopeful note. Is that how you felt at the time?

Well, we met one-on-one and we hugged it out and I thought everything was good. But then he got aggressive with me again, and I don’t know what to say, I guess he hasn’t cooled down yet. So what can I say?

When we talked to Tracy, she teased that your feud with Altman is far from over. What else can you tell us about that?

We’re not feuding anymore, we’re just not really talking.

What would have to happen to kind of bring you back to where you were?

He’d have to apologize to me.

Synchronized swimmers seem to be the hottest new open house trend. Not only did we see them used on Million Dollar Listing, but they were also used in Owning Manhattan. What are your thoughts on the trend?

    It’s a little contrived.

Did you watch Owning Manhattan? What do you think?

I have not seen it, but it’s produced by our production company as well. So same network. What a wonder.

Let’s talk real estate. You recently sold Judy Garland’s Bel-Air home for $11 million. Is this the most historic Hollywood home you’ve listed or does anything else come to mind?

Oh, no, no, this is not the most. It’s a very famous house, just because Judy Garland was so famous. But I mean, what a special house to sell. I have a couple other big houses right now. I have the most expensive house in America on the market right now. It’s the old Hilton estate in Bel Air. [It’s] eight acres in Bel-Air so we’re asking $200 million and that will be a record breaking sale.

Wow, that’s amazing. We also know you’re great friends with Sonja Morgan. Do you think she got a good deal at the auction for her townhouse?

What did it close for, $4.5 [million]? Eh, I think they could have done better. I think they could have done better, but I was there a couple of weeks before it sold to say goodbye to it.

Is there anything else you can tease about the rest of this season of Million Dollar Listing?

There’s some good fights. There’s some good drama. There’s crying, there’s fighting, there’s table throwing, there’s, you know, the usual.
