The Los Angeles stop of Jhené Aiko’s Magic Hour tour was her best one yet, and her “favorite show by far.”

Held at the Crypto.com Arena on Wednesday (July 31), the singer pulled out all the stops for her hometown performance. It started with “One Way St.” from 2020’s Chilombo . As Jhené changed backstage, the song played with some stimulating visuals before Ab-Soul popped out to perform his verse. Peak nostalgia came later when Omarion ran out to join Jhené for “ Post To Be ” and reflect on the early days of their career.

“You reminded me the other day that the first tour you went on was with B2K,” O shared. “So, I think it’s only right that we honor that moment and we do it like how we did it back then. Ladies and gentleman, B2K!” Then, to the surprise of everyone in the arena, the other three members of the beloved boy band — J Boog, Fizz, and Raz-B— walked out with a bouquet of flowers. Jhené joked, “One, two, three, four and you know I’m the unofficial fifth member of B2K.”

The “Ice Box” crooner added, “We love you, Jhené. We’re so proud of you. Continue on.” The men waved to the crowd before leaving the stage. Much to the dismay of day-one Pandemonium fans who met Jhené through records like “Tease” and “Dog,” the quartet didn’t perform, but did spark Millennium Tour reunion rumors—considering Boog just came through at Omarion’s recent show in Las Vegas.

Prior to the L.A. show, she told Rolling Stone that this tour was a “family road trip,” as she travels with her two children, Namiko, 15, and Noah, 2. Omarion is also considered family, as Namiko’s father is his younger brother, O’Ryan.

Back in November, Omarion described forgiving Fizz as “one of the toughest things” he’s ever had to, as the group-mate dated Omarion’s ex, Apryl Jones, following their split. Fizz previously apologized to O for any “turmoil or dysfunction” he caused.

Jhené’s older sister, Mila J, performed their duet “On The Way” and solo hits, “My Main” and “Kickin’ Back.” H.E.R. enchanted the crowd when she joined Jhené for the firs time to perform “B.S.,” and expressed, “There would be no me without you.”

Yet, Miguel coming through to sing both “hoe” and “ Happiness Over Everything (H.O.E.) ” really sent the audience into a frenzy. Big Sean was the last guest appearance of the show and the doting, longtime couple performed “Beware” before she asked him to perform her favorite song of his—”I Don’t F**k With You.”

Jhené concluded the show with “Eternal Sunshine,” “W.A.Y.S.,” “ Bed Peace ” sans Childish Gambino, and “Magic Hour,” but left the onlookers with a touching message: “The way we can alchemize our pain and suffering into moments like this; it’s a beautiful thing […] I’m not in the business of perfection; i’m in the business of of connection.”

The Magic Hour tour will hit northern California, Las Vegas, and other cities in the northwest before concluding on Aug. 22 in Columbus, Ohio.
