This creative Caribbean operation began as a pop-up in 2020 and drew a devoted following (us included) for turmeric-laced patties and peppery goat roti. Now located in a blonde wood cafe with colorful accents and a breezy patio, Bridgetown has evolved into a chill daytime destination worth planning your afternoon around. If you’re already a convert, you’ll recognize the salted cod cakes and curry chicken wraps, all better than ever. A pearl of wisdom: load up on the housemade pineapple-habanero and spicy pepper sauces, which improve everything they touch, including a hefty mac and cheese pie that sent us straight to the moon.
