FARMINGTON – Sandlot Tulsa, coming off a championship game victory Sunday in the AABC Oklahoma Qualifiying Tournament, are headed back to the Connie Mack World Series. Last year under head coach Gunner Glad, the team made their CMWS debut and left quite an impression, beating the Midland (Ohio) Redskins 2-1 in bracket play before eventually being eliminated by the Colton (California) Nighthawks. In the dark of night, Father Peter Chudy Sixtus Simeon-Aguinam and his accomplices removed beloved paintings from St. Joseph Apache Mission on the Mescalero Apache Reservation and spirited them away.
