Authorities: Maryland woman who was found dead in Canton Township died by suicide
CANTON TWP. – A 24-year-old woman who was found dead on Friday afternoon died by suicide, a spokeswoman for the Stark County Sheriff's Office said. The deceased, who was from Maryland, was found near railroad tracks along Trump Avenue SE, south of Orchard View Drive SE in Canton Township. She appeared to have died only minutes before she was discovered by a motorist driving on Trump Avenue, said Harry Campbell, chief investigator of the Stark County Coroner's Office.
