Charge Dropped Against Leesburg Shooting Suspect
The charge against a Sterling man arrested in connection with a Leesburg shooting in May that left three injured was dropped today in Loudoun County District Court. Sylvanus Massaquoi, 19, was charged with malicious wounding following an investigation into a May 30 shooting at an Edwards Ferry Road apartment complex where three young adult men were found suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
