Some bars will entrap you by telling you to leave you've had enough, and then turning around and calling the police on you as soon as you do. Plus, some bartenders will roofie you. Stop going to bars alone and be careful which one you walk into. They are not all friendly and some don't take opinions very well even if you're polite about it.

this is a slippery issue legally. Now, could the bartender be charged as an association if the person gets into a fatal DUI car accident . we will have to wait and see how this plays out in the courts.
