Growing dessert chain gets new owners and a new Highlands location
The new owners of a fast-growing Louisville-based dessert chain are changing the location of its Highlands store. The Peach Cobbler Factory will open a new location at 2237 Bardstown Road near Douglass Loop at noon on Saturday, July 16. The more than 1,500-square-foot space is the former site of the Highlands Animal Clinic. The dessert concept previously had a store at 1701 Bardstown Road.
