Why on Earth are you paying for services that haven't been completed yet? The only thing a customer should pay upfront are for materials, and that's only if you keep them. We hear about these stories almost daily at what point should you take responsibility for your actions? What kind of reputable company comes in puts down one trap and says you need to pay me $400 today?
