LMPD officials announced that several suspects involved in the recent wave of vehicle thefts in our community have been apprehended

Louisville, KY – According to the police officials, these individuals have been linked to a string of car thefts that have caused significant distress among residents.

Vehicle theft impacts not only property loss but also disrupts our sense of security and safety, and it can be connected to more serious violent crimes.

We are grateful for the dedication of our LMPD officers and detectives in bringing these alleged suspects to justice and helping to make our community safer.

LMPD has recovered stolen vehicles and several stolen firearms.

A juvenile arrested in relation to these crimes is not pictured.

These arrests

resulted from the hard work of LMPD’s Criminal Interdiction Division, K-9, SWAT, Air Unit, officers from all 8 Patrol Divisions, Technical Operations, KSP Air Unit, and law enforcement agencies from Middletown, Oldham, Spencer, and Bullitt Counties.
