One of the largest downtown office towers in Louisville, the Meidinger Tower, is in financial trouble and is now under court-appointed control. The owner of the tower defaulted on its loan in November 2023 and owes its lender about $30.3 million, according to a lawsuit filed in early June in Jefferson Circuit Court. Read more here.
