Hurricane Beryl might seem far away, but it could impact travelers coming through Louisville. Most departing flights scheduled over the holiday weekend have already left, but more than 10,000 seats were scheduled for Monday.

Remnants of the storm will move through the Louisville area Tuesday into Wednesday, the National Weather Service said in a statement Monday. Strong to severe storms Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday night could result in "localized flooding."

Those with a flight booked out of the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport could see flight cancellations. Here's what we know.
