    These 3 stores are opening in Dixie Highway shopping center later this year and in 2025

    Projects: Burlington, Ross and Five Below

    Locations: 6801 Dixie Highway, Suite 104 (Burlington), Suite 117 (Ross) and Suite 121 (Five Below)

    Description: Three retailers are opening in the Dixie Manor shopping center in Louisville's Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood, a spokesperson for the company that owns the center told The Courier Journal.

    Spokesperson Hunter Porter, a senior associate of BC Wood Properties, said Ross and Five Below are expected to open in 2024 and Burlington's open is slated for Fall 2025.

    BC Wood Properties bought the Dixie Manor Shopping Center in 2002, Porter said.

    What's being replaced: American Freight (Burlington), Staples (Ross) and Ann’s Hallmark and KOI Auto Parts (Five Below).

    Size: 25,047 square feet (Burlington), 19,880 square feet (Ross) and 10,560 square feet (Five Below).
