Kroger filed plans for a new store in Louisville East End last year and construction for it is moving rapidly, which brings the question: When is the new Kroger opening?

The company filed plans with the city in March of 2023 for a new 62,000-square-foot grocery store across from a Publix location, The Courier Journal previously reported .

Where will the new East End Kroger be located?

The new Kroger store opening in Louisville's East End will be at 10010 Ballardsville Road.

When is the new East End Kroger opening?

Spokesperson Jessica Sharpsaid the company will announce the store's opening date "soon."

Is the East End Kroger fuel station open?

Yes.

Sharp said the fuel station is operating and offering customers 20 cents off per gallon.
