2 arrested after altercation at Sam’s Club, OC spray used on bystanders
FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two people were arrested after an altercation in which one of the individuals used OC spray, commonly known as pepper spray, on Friday, July 5. According to the Franklin Police Department, it happened around 5:30 p.m. at a Sam’s Club near 27th and Sycamore. Police responded to a report of a physical altercation inside the store. One of the subjects involved in the altercation used the spray on the other people involved in the altercation as well as bystanders, according to police.

Since the acquisition of DL Hall prior to the season expectations have been very high. He was a consensus top pitching prospect while in the Orioles organization who had not been given a full opportunity in the major leagues as a starter.
