Evacuations after possible hazmat situation in Point Breeze, Philadelphia
A strong smell of bleach and ammonia forced people from their homes in Point Breeze on Friday. People living on parts of 22nd Oakford and Latona streets were evacuated. Hazmat crews cleared the scene and residents were allowed to return home. The source of the smell is still a mystery.
