Fire crews battle residential blaze in Easttown
EASTTOWN — Multiple fire companies responded to a significant house fire in Easttown Tuesday morning, a fire that had reportedly engulfed all three floors of the home there around 11 a.m. The structure is located at the corner of Sugartown and Leopard Road, and fire efforts to contain it were led by members of the Berwyn Fire Company. A video of the fire on the Chester County Working Fires social media site showed heavy smoke coming from the Tudor style home that had see fire activity just two months ago, according to the website. Fire company officials could not be reached for comment.
