A motorcyclist led State Police on a high-speed chase in Franklin County on a stolen bike, resulting in a crash and the motorcyclist escaping, according to filed charges. Allen Keesey, 43, of Chester County, faces felony charges for receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, flight to avoid apprehension, and fleeing or attempting to elude an officer.
