Audacy, the Center City based radio company has settled with the township of Lower Merion to pay $2 million over unpaid taxes.

The settlement claim is from when the radio station was located in Bala Cynwyd.

Originally, the payout was set at $1.4 million, however “The Inquirer” reported that the settlement wasn’t properly documented in the case’s docket and not approved by the board of commissioners.

Now, a two million dollar settlement has been approved, while Audacy is working through bankruptcy proceedings.
