Mail delivery will still happen for postal customers. However, current post office box customers will have to travel to Watertown in order to retrieve their mail. The location is at 232 Commerce Park Drive and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday.

Anyone picking up their mail needs to present their photo identification. This is for anyone needing to pick up vacation mail, signature-required items, or oversized articles.

A timeframe for completion of repairs in Lowville has yet to be determined.
