Emergency Missing Person Alert for 19-year-old last seen in Moundville cancelled
HALE COUNTY, Ala. — An emergency alert issued a missing man in Hale County has been cancelled. 19-year-old Devin Dynell McKinney was last seen Wednesday at around 12:30 a.m. in the area of Highway 69 in Moundville. As of 1:56 p.m. Thursday, the alert had been cancelled.

Playhouse in the Park presents "Annie"

Massive cranes to be added to Mobile's skyline
MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — A ship carrying two big blue cranes sailed into Mobile Bay and slowly made its way to APM Terminals Wednesday afternoon. In a video released by the Alabama Port Authority, Director John Driscoll talked about how the structures, called Super Post-Panamax cranes, reach out wider and taller to get containers off larger ships. The port will be able to accommodate those larger vessels once the $366 million ship channel deepening and widening project is finished March 2025.
