The Mobile Police Department and U.S. Marshals are seeking Gary Dotson, 22, who is wanted on a charge of first-degree kidnapping on July 10. Anyone with information on Dotson’s whereabouts is asked to contact the MPD at (251) 208-7211. Anonymous tips can be submitted by texting 844-251-0644.
